↩️ Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Etna Plants. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your items.
Plants & Living Products
Due to the perishable nature of plants, we are unable to accept returns on living plants unless they arrive damaged or in poor condition. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Non-Living Products & Garden Supplies
Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original unused condition and packaging. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days to your original payment method. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under Irish consumer law.
